Contrary to popular belief, Jennifer didn't start out in great shape or simply by accident. When she met Neil many years ago, Jen was an overweight accountant struggling her way through the gym life. She now specialises in helping women and in particular, mums, regain their strength and discover the joy of proper training and sustainable nutrition.
Neil began training in the mid 90's and quickly moved into coaching. Over the last 20+ years he has been everything from a Personal Trainer and Tutor to Men's Health magazines Fitness Editor and a gym owner. He now specialises in training men both online and offline in their private personal training studio in Bangor NI.
