I used to train an army of people but as the years went by, this army has become more niche. Jen took on more female clients and I developed a system targeting men who wanted not just to look great but feel better than they looked. What is this system?

Fortunately, I don't have that kind of misplaced confidence and will consistently invest in courses to upgrade my process in this fast paced and constantly evolving industry.

IS COACHING RIGHT FOR YOU?
Real world coaching is epic but also not for everyone. We may struggle to match diaries with work, life and family time or you simply live too far away for it to be an easy option. Thats where online coaching comes in. The online coaching model is intensive but extremely flexible allowing us to work together at a pace and time that suits everyone.
Mindset is my biggest win. I always knew the power and necessity of consistency, but Neil helped me see this in a whole new light. I also now can go to the gym with only 30, 40, 50 mins or whatever and put together a workout myself that is challenging but fun. Love it!
I had been following several PT's on social media but liked Neil's honest approach and results.
I was a yoyo dieter for many years. This process was chalk and cheese compared to previous attempts. The wealth of knowledge and self understanding that was passed on during the online period will help me continue my journey to achieve my ultimate goal!

I lost weight during a pandemic!
Dropping more than a stone in weight, going down a clothes size and losing 10cm from my belly - but most of all the confidence I now have going to the gym is what will keep me going back there and making exercise an important part of my life moving forward.
The mobility side of things was a real eye opener. Improved out of sight.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?
Almost 15 years ago I worked as the Online Fitness Editor for Men's Health Magazine and this was my first dip into the world of online coaching. I helped a few guys get in shape for a magazine shoot but the resources where nothing compared to what we have today.
Advances in phone apps and zoom technology brought me back online pre-pandemic and soon became a staple in my coaching business.
When Jen is coaching in our studio, I'm able to catch up on programming. When the kids wake me early I can have a coffee and check up on client up dates and video feedback.The flexibility online coaching offers me, may be the exact same for you;
- you may live beyond N.I. but need an experienced coach to help out
- you may be local but unable to make regular PT sessions
- kids leave you little time but and you need training to be efficient and effective
- the idea of being able to train whenever you want at home or in the gym suits perfect
Who applies for online help?
Online coaching has obvious limitations in that I can't spot you on the bench press or shout in your face if you're into all that!
It does, however, work exceptionally well for beginners and intermediates who;
- need to learn how to move well before lifting
- need a solid idea of strength technique
- want a course type structure
- need daily, intensive feedback to kill all bad habits and ensure success for life!
