Personal Training and coaching have changed dramatically over the past few decades with the health and fitness industry booming. Unfortunately, a large amount of information doesn't necessarily guarantee results. Used out of context or applied to the wrong individual and or setting, this perceived knowledge may cause more harm than good, resulting in non existent results and injury. That's where an experienced coach comes in.
Neil and Jen consider themselves not only coaches but teachers and their clients, students. The workout is not simply a 'beasting' session but an education. Students arrive with goals and leave with tools to help them reach those goals safely and in a time effective manner. By increasing the students 'fitness IQ' they become self sufficient in their pursuits and over time learn how to perform quality workouts and manipulate their nutrition so as to never need a diet or quick fix (with an inevitable fail) ever again. The bombardment of information is no longer a problem, as students learn to dissect what is right or wrong based on fundamental principles, developed over years of real world application..

Unlike Neil, Jennifer wasn't a fan of P.E. in school or an athletic teenager. Jen chose the violin over hockey practise and a degree in business over anything sport related. When they first met, Jen would admit to being deeply unhappy with her weight and body shape. Like most females, Jen had been given workouts designed for male athletes of an advanced or drug enhanced level. Any nutrition plan was a yo-yo cycle of snacks, fasts and binges. Over the last number of years Jen has completely transformed both her body and mindset. In 2016 Jen left accountancy to become a mum, and after their second daughter arrived, made the switch to professional coaching, joining Neil in their private studio.
Qualifications include: Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer / Girls Gone Strong Pre and Post Natal Certified / Dr Beradi phd Precision Nutrition.
Experiences include: Busy female client base of all levels / Bar Wars Ireland Silver Medalist / Bar Wars Ireland Record for chin ups / weighted chin ups and pistol squats.
