When I first started training I was a skinny kid trying to bulk up. I wanted a bigger chest and better arms and trained those muscles every time I hit the gym. My shape didn’t improve the way I wanted it to and during a chat with Neil I decided to book a session.

It turns out my chest and arm workouts had lead to imbalances in my shoulders and upper back. Neil set about designing a routine that had me doing everything from squats to rotator cuff work to correct all of the things I had been doing wrong. At first I couldn’t even get under the squat bar without shoulder pain but before long I was training the way I needed to be training to see results.

Neil builds a program for me and every few weeks to mix things up and keep me progressing. If you are building your own workout based on what your mates or magazines tell you then you could be heading down the road I was on. If you want to see results without injury then you need to speak to Neil.
