Since leaving school in 1998 I have kept myself in reasonably good shape by playing rugby and football. About 2 years ago I started adding weights to my weekly plan but failed to notice any great change in my body shape or strength. After seeing the transformation in one of Neil’s other clients I dropped him a mail.

In my first session we discussed my current routine and diet. Over the course of 6 weeks he devised a completely new routine with exercises that I had never done before. This was a complete breath of fresh air. I was now confident that I had the knowledge to go out on my own. Although Neil has always been at hand to answer questions I’ve had either by email or text. Even the silly ones!

One of the biggest changes to my lifestyle has been my diet. Not what I eat but when. I learnt the importance of pre and post workout meals. Neil taught me how to keep a log of what I was eating and how to gradually improve on this. In no time this became second nature and the log was put to the side. Neil’s diet plan proved very useful in achieving this. Plus, it was a bit of a perk when he emailed this to me free of charge as I was now a client.

I couldn’t believe how quickly my personal best were beaten and the changes in my shape. I got an amazing buzz when , just 2 months later, I bought a pair of 30" waist jeans going from a 34"- maybe a big fitting! I was still 13 and half stone but I was different shape. Surprisingly enough little or no cardio and no sit ups!

I would confidently say that I am fitter, faster and stronger since going to Neil and I would strongly recommend to anyone reading this site to get in touch with the man. He knows what he’s talking about. Definitely worth every penny!
