
Although I had dropped some body weight in the past it had always been the result of crash diets and incorrect training methods. The amount of time and effort spent on cardio machines did not bring about the desired results and thanks to recommendation from a friend, I began working with Neil.
I started to use free weights that I thought only the muscle guys used and before long I was learning how to perform all of my lifts correctly. The fact that I knew I wasn’t going to hurt myself gave me the drive to keep moving forward.
It has been 6 months now since I started using Neil and have not only seen for myself but have received numerous comments from friends on the improved definition and change in body shape. I never believed that I could achieve what I have achieved!
Neil’s knowledge is second to none yet his approach is simple. He has empowered me with what I now know and has inspired me to get in shape, made it enjoyable, gave me the correct exercises and made me realise it can work!
