Having a gym membership is just the beginning. Personal training on a one to one or small group basis ensures you get the most out of your gym time. Guessing your way around the gym in the hope of reaching goals and avoiding injury is always going to lead to disappointment. 1:1 training removes all guesswork and keeps you free from injury.



Your Consultation - All consultations are free. This gives you a chance to ask questions and discuss goals before deciding on the best approach for you. It is advisable to bring / wear gym clothes for the various posture screens and technique tests used to determine your current level and ability.
